permits issued to international students. He also added that it would be an injustice to welcome international students to Canada knowing that not all of them are getting the resources they need to succeed in Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller also added that it is unacceptable that some private institutions have taken advantage of international students by offering them numerous intakes without ensuring campus facilities, and student support and charging high tuition fees.
