☛Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students navigate their academic and career pathways, providing them with the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions.
☛Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding their educational and career aspirations.
Assist students in identifying suitable courses, universities, and career paths based on their interests, strengths, and goals.
Guide students through the application processes for universities and scholarships.
Offer support and advice on visa applications and other necessary documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education sector.
☛Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a student counsellor or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Empathy and the ability to build rapport with students.
Knowledge of the education system and application processes for universities in India and abroad.
