Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for attracting high-caliber international students from Kenya.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and key stakeholders in Kenya.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and outreach activities to promote our institution and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing materials, digital content, and communication strategies targeted at the Kenyan market.
- Stay informed about immigration policies, educational trends, and industry developments to provide accurate information to prospective students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, particularly within the Kenyan market.
- Strong knowledge of the education system in Kenya and familiarity with international admissions processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
