☛Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Application Officer to join our team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a keen eye for detail. As an Application Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the application process, ensuring all documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
☛Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in understanding the application requirements for various international universities.
Review and proofread application documents, including essays, CVs, and recommendation letters.
Ensure all application materials meet the specific guidelines and standards of the target universities.
Coordinate with students to gather necessary documents and information.
Track application deadlines and ensure timely submission of all application materials.
Provide personalized feedback and support to students throughout the application process.
Maintain detailed records of each student’s application progress and status.
Stay updated on changes in application procedures and requirements for international universities.
☛Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational consultancy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with application management software.
Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
