☛Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and Guide: Offer tailored counselling sessions that inspire students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
Application Assistance: Support students through the often daunting application processes for universities, scholarships, and internships with precision and care.
Engage and Educate: Conduct engaging workshops and seminars on a variety of crucial topics including study strategies, career planning, and mental health.
Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with educational institutions and partners to open doors for our students.
Track Progress: Maintain meticulous records of student interactions and milestones, ensuring each student’s journey is well-documented and celebrated.
Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide cutting-edge advice.
☛Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A master’s degree would be a significant plus.
Experience: Demonstrable experience in student counselling or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Empathy and Passion: A genuine desire to help students succeed and an empathetic approach to counselling.
