We are a renowned student consultancy firm in Lahore, dedicated to guiding students towards their academic and career aspirations abroad. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Application Officer to join our team.
☛Key Responsibilities:
Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end application process for students, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents.
Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to students and their families on educational opportunities, admission requirements and application procedures.
Documentation: Assist students in preparing and reviewing their application materials including personal statements, essays, and recommendation letters.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between students and educational institutions, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Follow-Up: Track application statuses and provide regular updates to students, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Workshops & Seminars: Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students about the application process and best practices.
☛Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in student consultancy, education counselling or a similar role or fresher can also apply.
☛Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international education systems and admission processes, particularly for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
