The British Council Top Performer Award has been given to the extraordinary contribution of AIMS English in 2023/2024. It’s the biggest achievement yet for AIMS English.Â
Who is the British Council?
The British Council is like a bridge between the UK and other countries. They help people to understand one another through things such as art, music, education, and learning English.
They help young people to develop their skills, gain confidence, and connect with others so they can reach their full potential and contribute to their communities. The British Council offers English classes, education opportunities, and internationally recognized qualifications.
In Bangladesh, they have been building friendships and cultural understanding for almost 70 years! They work in all 64 districts, offering various programs and activities. By doing this, they create a friendly and knowledgeable environment for both Bangladeshi and British people. They focus on helping young Bangladeshi people build confidence by providing them with skills, qualifications, and an understanding of what it means to be a global citizen.

The British Council organized an event on the 23rd of February 2024 at the Grand Sylhet Hotel & Resort. At this event, our sister concern AIMS English received the British Council Top Performer Award in Sylhet for their extraordinary contribution. We would like to thank the British Council on behalf of AIMS English for this great initiative. We hope that it will help the members of AIMS English to perform even more efficiently.
